How can I help?
Has the COVID-19 pandemic lead to an increase in stress or grief in your life? Are you longing to heal intergenerational trauma and internalized systemic oppression? I am an Indigenous (Laguna Pueblo) therapist working with clients with histories of trauma and grief and loss. My experience includes work with university students, military veterans, adults with dual diagnoses, mood disorders, and personality disorders. I help clients gain a deeper understanding of the origin of their struggles and develop new coping skills to foster growth and help regain agency over their lives.
I strive to engage and inspire clients to consider their challenges from a new perspective. In my practice, I place emphasis on social spheres, knowing that healthy connections with others is a vital component in the healing process. My goal is to help clients find their inner strength and to empower them to manifest their desired life.
I acknowledge that therapy may seem like the most intimidating step in the process. I believe that through sharing a safe, supportive space together, you will cultivate courage, invite enthusiasm, and reach your highest imaginable peaks in life. I look forward to our life-changing work together.
